Thank you for choosing Fishport for your fresh seafood needs. This Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are scheduled, processed, and fulfilled for both retail and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Availability

Fishport provides delivery services on the following days:

  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Saturday

We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Fridays.

2. Delivery Notice Requirements

To ensure freshness, stock availability, and proper scheduling:

  • All delivery orders must be placed at least 1 week (7 days) in advance.
  • Orders placed with less than 1 week’s notice may not be accepted or may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery for Wholesale & Special Requests

For bulk, business, or special wholesale deliveries:

  • Delivery requests must be made directly with us.
  • Special arrangements may be available depending on supply and schedule.
  • Wholesale customers may be subject to minimum order quantities or different delivery terms.

4. Delivery Areas

Our delivery areas and applicable delivery fees will be listed on our website or provided at the time of ordering. If your location falls outside our service area, we may decline the order or suggest collection instead.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

To maintain the safety and freshness of your seafood:

  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
  • If no one is available at the scheduled time, the order may be returned to our shop.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed due to the perishable nature of seafood.

Fishport is not responsible for any spoilage if a delivery is missed, refused, or delayed due to customer unavailability.

6. Delivery Conditions & Freshness

We ensure that all items leave our premises fresh and properly packaged. After delivery:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to store and refrigerate seafood immediately.
  • Fishport is not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Weather
  • Stock issues
  • Courier or transport problems

If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Remedies for delays will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, especially for perishable goods.

8. Changes or Cancellations

  • Any change to a delivery order must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery day.
  • Cancellations requested within 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund, depending on product preparation.
